Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS);

Integrated Control & Safety System (ICSS) will comprise of following components:
- Process Control System (PCS).
- Emergency Shutdown system (ESD).

Emergency Shutdown Systems ESD / Process Control System PCS;

The required system is based on four control panels two are dedicated for process control
in which S7 300 PLC is used and programmed by STEP 7 and another two panels dedicated for Emergency Shut Down in which S7 400 PLC is used and programmed by SIMATIC SAFETY MATRIX and STEP 7, The SCADA is based on WINCC and is installed on one workstation.

based on two differential pressure transmitter aimed to measure gas flow in the high range, one differential pressure transmitter aimed to measure gas flow in the low range, one absolute pressure transmitter and one temperature sensor and transmitter. All are linked to a flow computer to calculate the given gas flow rate

The system components capable of being integrated into open distributed client/server architecture with RADIO UHF Communication.
The SCADA software application/s will be totally data acquisition hardware independent and will be able to interface with variety of data acquisition hardware and software over standard interfaces.

The hardware including mimic panel, operator workstation, system and application software, configuration / programming, modules, racks / cabinet, termination facilities, power supply unit, system cables, and communication cables.

Level Transmitters & Process Recorder;

Ultrasonic level transmitter connected to 1 paperless recorder and /1/ industrial PC via RS485 To ensure archiving and printing tasks. This arrangement is installed on 10 Fuel & Raw Materials Tanks.

Fuel Management System;

Design, install, startup of Fuel Management System as intelligent solution using RFID Card to manage the refilling procedure and web reporting.

Burner management and process control system for a 40 T/hr superheated steam
water tube construction boiler, with ESD and event loging fuctions;
